🛒 Orders & Payments

  1. All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  2. Payments must be made in full at checkout using our secure gateways (Razorpay / Gpay / UPI).
  3. We accept prepaid orders only 💳 (to ensure fast processing and no delivery delays).
  4. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation 📩

🚚  Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping all over India 🇮🇳
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 4–8 days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays — we’ll keep you updated if that happens ⏳

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  1. ✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.
  2. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery (with unboxing video).
  3. No returns are accepted for change of mind or wrong size/color ordered.

💬 Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund (as applicable).

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 - 14 working days.
  • We do not offer instant or cash refunds.

We try our best to show clear product photos and details ✨. However, small color or texture differences may occur due to lighting or screen display — this is normal for handmade and decorative products.

  1. We reserve the right to cancel any order that looks suspicious or uses false information.
  2. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities 🚫

📦 Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the item is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
